FixMyFPS is provided by Vertex Systems LLC.

An active FixMyFPS membership permits you to download and use FixMyFPS on Windows PCs you own or are authorized to manage, for your personal use. This permission lasts through the paid subscription period. A membership costs $5 USD per month and renews monthly until canceled. There is no free trial.

You may cancel future renewals through Manage billing & cancellation in your FixMyFPS account. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.

FixMyFPS and Session Guard remain proprietary software. This license does not transfer ownership of the software or grant permission to resell, sublicense, or distribute it, or to bypass its membership controls. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses and notices included with the software. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

You choose which suggested changes to apply. Performance varies by PC, game, and workload; an FPS improvement is not guaranteed. Save your work before closing other apps. Available rollback controls can restore supported settings but cannot reopen unsaved work.

The initial version 0.1.0 is an early-access portable Windows build. It is not code-signed and Windows may display an unknown-publisher warning. Download it only through your account at https://fixmyfps.com. Compatibility validation is continuing.
